Our Method
Our traditional craft-brewing process extracts huge amounts of nutrition and flavour from organic flowers, fruit, and spices to create soft drinks that positively impact wellbeing and taste naturally delicious. Can be consumed on its own, served cold, chilled or warm or as a mixer with alcohol.
Berry Blush
Pour the ingredients into a glass over ice. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish and serve immediately.
To make it a cocktail, simply add gin!
Ingredients
- 200ml Calyx Blush
- 100ml lemonade
- 30ml grenadine
- Garnish: mint sprig, lemon slices, strawberries (halved)
Zobo Zombie
Pour Calyx Zobo and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Pour the mix into a glass over ice, drizzle grenadine into the glass and garnish.
Make it a cocktail, simply add dark rum!
Ingredients
- 170ml Calyx Zobo
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 10ml grenadine
- Garnish: three grapes
Hawaiian Shine
Pour Calyx Shine and cream soda into a glass with ice. Squeeze in lemon juice and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish and serve immediately.
To make it a cocktail, simply add white rum!

- 170ml Calyx Shine
- 60ml of cream soda
- Juice of half a lemon
- Garnish: mint sprig, slices of lemon and lime
Wild Side
Pour Calyx Wild and cream soda into a glass with ice. Squeeze in lime juice and stir with a bar spoon. Drizzle grenadine into the glass and garnish.
To make it a cocktail, simply add vodka!

- 140ml Calyx Wild
- 60ml cream soda
- Juice of half a lime
- 10ml grenadine
- Garnish: 1 lime rind
Captain Calm
Pour Calyx Calm, grapefruit juice and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a glass with ice and lemonade. Garnish and serve immediately.
To make it a cocktail, simply add your favourite gin!

- 150ml of Calyx Calm
- 75ml of lemonade
- 15ml of grapefruit juice
- Juice of a lemon
- Garnish: mint sprig, grapefruit slices
Zobo Toddy
Pour 30ml of lemon juice into a glass and then add a squeeze of honey. Warm up 100ml of Calyx Zobo Original and pour into the glass and stir with a spoon. Garnish with some spiral cut lemon peel.
To make it a cocktail, simply add 50ml of rum!

- A squeee of honey
- 100ml of Calyx Zobo Original
- Optional: 50ml of rum
- Garnish: 1 lemon peel
